Hello, 

I'm Rachel and as you can see I'm a married mom of three. The short story is we got married and had 3 kids in the first three years of marriage. Right before our 5th anniversary in August of 2023, our sweet baby boy Elliott (2) was hit by a car and passed away. I was encouraged by friends and family after posting a few long rambling thoughts on Instagram to keep writing and a blog seemed the right way to continue to process and share our story. I don't want the loss of Elliott to be our entire identity moving forward, however it is definitely woven into our story and has changed us all forever.  Please stick around to follow us as we grow and change.
